West African food is bold and rich, colourful and spicy, multi-cultural and tribal. We’re exploring this vibrant part of the world with Muse colleagues. Mediatai, from Ghana, and Rita, from Nigeria will act as consultant chefs with the Muse kitchen team, for this completely original six course menu.
